Blend of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc (25%). Following the harvest, the grapes are sorted by density and then vinified by parcel in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation is accompanied by pumping over. Malolactic fermentation takes place in vats. Vatting time of 27 to 30 days. The wine is aged for 12 to 14 months in barrels, 50% of which are new.
